As the year draws to a close and the holidays are in full swing, stress levels can rise to meet the intensity.
Stress is a choice.
"What?" you say, "Who will bake cookies and get little Billy the most popular toy of the year so that he'll keep believing in Santa Claus? Who will stand between feuding family members and absorb all their negative emotions to keep the peace?"
How you experience these things is your choice. Ask your Angels how to de-stress your holidays.
You might be guided to delegate, downsize or just dive right in and get things done. Decide that you will do it with joy, don't worry about how it will all come together, just love the process and building excitement.
Don't compare your holiday experience to others. They may only look happy on the outside. The only important thing is how you feel on the inside. When that feeling is good, then share it with those you love. That is the best experience of the holidays you can have.

When we live in the past we give up the power we have to create in the present. We recreate a painful situation over and over again with those who haven't harmed us only to make a self-fulfilling prophecy as they retaliate in frustration and the cycle continues.
You can protect yourself from the past pain of those around you, but it is best to focus on healing your own pain. It will make you stronger and you will make a less attractive "target."
It will also help you to manifest a better future and set a good example for those around you.
Going
with the flow can quickly turn a challenging lesson into a blessing. We
learned this yesterday at Troy.
Apparently, the Angels wanted us to
practice cooperation and appreciation. Thanks to a power outage as
dinner was cooking, we did just that.
We accepted each challenge as it came and flowed around, over or through it. We kept our space positive and kept moving forward.
We took deep breaths and kept
going and laughed a lot. The result: The best Thanksgiving ever!
You can never travel far enough that an Angel will not be at your side. If you or your loved ones must travel, you can ask for extra Angels around you to keep the roadways safe for everyone.
Have a safe, peaceful and happy holiday!
Forgiveness is one of the spiritual practices that many avoid because it can be painful to relive the past. We also mistakenly think that if we forgive others we are condoning their actions. That is not the case, we are, instead, freeing ourselves from the unhealthy situation so that we can move on.
How does that work when the person you need to forgive is you?
The same way. When you forgive yourself, you are freeing yourself from the past and allowing yourself to move forward to a brighter future. If you have wronged another in the past, let it go, you can ask them in person, or spiritually to forgive you. Then resolve to move forward in love and integrity and don't do it again.
If forgiveness frightens you, ask your Angels to comfort and guide you through the process.
Holding another or yourself in judgement or unforgiveness creates a wound in your heart that will grow bigger and fester if not treated.
You deserve better than that.
The Divine exists in all things and all beings, including you. When you realize this you lose interest in participating in harm, revenge and gossip and your world becomes a more peaceful place.
When you align with your Inner Divinity, you will quickly feel when you are acting, speaking or thinking from you ego or from your Divine self.
It then becomes harder to do harm and more pleasant to be loving and kind to others. How they treat you will not matter. It will not bother you if they are not kind, or they will, simply, avoid you.
This process is as much for you as for others as it brings peace into your life and raises your vibration.
Your Angels can help remind you when you are out of alignment with you Inner Divinity.
As you raise your vibration, you will hear their voices more clearly. As always, when you listen to your Angels, you get a win-win situation.
Victim energy is a choice. It is a valid learning tool, but a very painful one.
If you feel like the victim, understand that you hold inside you a spark of the Divine creator. You have around you a multitude of Angels and guides who are there to help you succeed!
Given all these factors, the only way to become a victim is to choose to be one.
This does not mean that we blame those who find themselves in the victim place. If you want to help, do not tell them they brought it on themselves, but instead show them a higher, brighter path. Demonstrate empowerment in a loving way.
They may not know what self-love and self-respect looks like. Show them, don't blame them.
If the human race could learn this lesson, we would all fall in love with each other and war and violence would be distant memories.
By walking the path of self-love and empowerment, you help the Angels change the world, one precious soul at a time.
When you ask the Angels for insight and inspiration, you have taken an important step.
Many will choose not to go even that far.
The next step is to be open. Look at your life. What clues have the Angels sent you. What gifts do you already possess that you can use to make the miracles you seek.
The Divine light is shining always. In order to see it, you must look with your eyes open.
The Angels work differently with different people. You know you're on the right path when someone else describes their spiritual practice and you think, "That's exactly what I've been doing, just in a different way!" Then say, "Thank you!" for the Angels have just given you a hug!
If you are ever in doubt, just ask your Angels for a sign. They want to show you. They want you to believe, in them and in yourself.
We all have a part to play in the Divine drama that is called, "Life on Earth."
There are no small parts or small actors. It is necessary for everyone to step up and give the best performance they can.
You may be a lead actor or play a supporting role, but as you chose the part, it is ideally suited for you and no one else can play it.
If you are confused, the Angels can shine a spotlight or give you direction to help you do the best job you possibly can.
So be yourself. Play the part to the best of your ability and embrace your part in the play.

Early meditation this morning...."So can you show me the center of our
planet?" I ask Anael. She answers, "First I will show you the creation.
Not a big bang, but rather a putting together of pieces fashioned from
the ethers. Now we may voyage through the earth's core."
Fascinating
images. I wish I could replay the movie the angel showed me. I searched
and found these images. It is interesting how the earth's core is filled
with life, but different from ours. I will share more of these visions
in classes and on our show, Angels Unveiled.
Often we are led to believe that aggressiveness is strength and compassion is weakness.
Compassion can leave you vulnerable, but in that vulnerable place, there is healing and subsequently, strength.
If you had a dangerous tumor, one way to heal it is to have surgery. You leave yourself completely in the hands of your healer and trust in the protection of your Angels.
When the tumor is gone, true healing can take place. It is also an acceptable decision to work with nutrition, Reiki healers and meditation, but the process is the same. You must face your supposed "enemy" without weapons and find out why it is there. It may have something to teach you.
Only you can decide the healing path that is right for you. Your Angels will be at your side helping you to make the best decision.
Your thoughts are spiritual currency. Your attention is your investment of that currency.
Do you spend your thought "money" wisely? Are you using it to create the life you want, or to manifest your fears?
The amount of "thought money" we have is limited to the waking hours of the day. Yet when we think positive, happy thoughts, we make good investments and our good investments gain interest.
This is not the same as denial. It doesn't not look away from the negative, but through it, to a brighter future.
Your Angels can act as investment counselors if you wish to hire them. The cost is your attention and appreciation. It's a great deal!

It's easy to stay in your happy place when things are going well. But what about when you have troubles?
Problems will arise, on occasion, they are your teachers. When little things go wrong, smile through it, laugh, make a joke.
Smaller problems will be quickly resolved and bigger ones won't be able to take hold when you do this.
Look at this picture, and smile! This is the Angel's gift to you this morning!
Exploring your shadow side can be scary, but your shadow is nothing to be afraid of.
Just as the shade can save you on a hot, sunny day, your shadows have positive sides that can be helpful in your life.
Do people call you stubborn? Perhaps you have the ability to see things through to the end and never give up. Are you a silly dreamer? You may have amazing stories to tell.
Ask your Angels to shine a light on you so that you can see your shadows and ask them what they want from you. You may find that they have gifts to give you if you work and play nice with them.
Bless your shadows and be grateful for them. Without the darkness, we would all be blinded by the light.
When you feel bogged down by responsibilities, remember that everything you do is a gift.
Cleaning your house gives you a beautiful place to spend your life. Working gives you money. Paying your bills provides you with the gift of light, water, entertainment and a vehicle to drive.
If you let go of the resentment and focus on the gift you (and the Divine within you) are giving to yourself, you will draw more abundance and more gifts into your life.
The Angels walk beside you and will help you with any burden you bear. Ask them for help and it will be gifted to you, free of charge!
If you're not sure how to start a conversation with your Angels, just say "thank you." For even though they may leave your thoughts, you never leave theirs.
Formal prayers or "properly worded" requests are nice, but not necessary. The Angels know what is in your heart.
Your gratitude is the greatest prayer they could ask for.
When you consider that we're all connected and all heading to the same place, jealousy seems pretty silly.
When you focus on another, you take the focus off of yourself and waste valuable energy that could be used to create the life of your dreams.
When you feel jealous, ask what the person has that you desire (money, attractiveness, social grace) and consider how you would apply your own unique energy and express it in your own personal way.
You can ask your Angels for the resources you need to accomplish the task. Let go of jealousy and be inspired!
If you want to develop your psychic abilities, then don't forget to play.
As children we have unlimited imaginations that we begin to lose as we are raised and "civilized."
Learning manners and the Golden Rule is important, but so is imagination.
Even the Bible says, " Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven."
So if you want to create "Heaven on Earth,"
remember to, occasionally, take a break and build a sandcastle.
When
you feel that someone has hurt you, an unhealthy bond is formed between
you. This bond will hold you back and keep you from moving beyond the
hurtful situation.
Forgiveness cuts this bond and frees you to go
forward with your life. It is not excusing a hurtful act or opening yourself to let it happen again, but rather closing the door, energetically, and walking away so that it can never happen again.
Reconciliation is not always necessary. This is an option for a close relationship where a transgression is recognized and there is a spoken or understood agreement that it will not happen again.
Forgiveness may involve physically walking away from another or emotionally distancing yourself. When you make this choice, you make yourself stronger. Holding back forgiveness weakens you. Why would you allow another to have this power over you?
Forgiveness is not an act of charity, but of self-care.
Your Angels can help you cut these ties so that you can be free. Do it
for you!
Do you ever feel that the Angels are ignoring you when you call?
They will not ignore you if you sincerely ask for their help.
The biggest problem is that we often put parameters upon how that help shall arrive.
Instead of being guided to follow a specific weight loss program, you desire to wake up with the perfect body after a night of extreme overindulgence.
Instead of following the Angelic nudge to follow up on a job lead, you sit on the couch and wait for the perfect job.
Instead of following your spiritual urge to drink more water, meditate and practice your psychic skills, you wait, impatiently, for them to magically appear.
The Angels will move every obstacle out of your way to make the things you request become a reality. There is only one obstacle that they cannot move: You.
If you feel that your Angelic guidance is not coming through, start paying attention to urges and ideas that come to you, then act on them.
When you are in Heaven, you can work all the magic you want. Down on Earth, you might have to do a little work. Don't worry, the Angels will not give you work you can't handle and it might be as simple as picking up the bag of magic beans.
But in order for them to work, you must take them out of the bag.
The churches we grew up with often tell us that we should not judge our neighbor.
Some churches follow this idea while others only apply it to church members.
Our lives are custom-made for us. We have Angels and guides around us to remind us of the specific lessons we have to learn.
Everyone's lesson is a little different, and even our "neighbors" might not know what their lessons are.
Like the spiritual siblings we all are, you should not allow your brother or sister to harm you, but remember that their interests and lessons may be different from yours.
They may talk differently and act differently than you do, but their origins are the same.
If you don't want to be judged, then don't judge your brothers and sisters. Pray for them, send them love, healing and Angels to comfort them, and wish them well on their journey.
The day after the holiday has arrived!
Were you conscientious, or did you overindulge?
Either way, it is in the past! Guilt is not productive whether it is over eating too much candy, gossiping about a co-worker or being rude to a sales clerk for no reason.
Let it go. Take a walk, eat a salad, apologize to the person you've wronged and try to do better next time.
We can learn a lot from the past, but we have no need to live there.
Move on! Every second you're alive your Angels will bring you chances to make your life better. Accept their generous gift and have a great life!
