THE SEARCH FOR DIVINE LIGHT

One of my students taking Anael’s Ethereal Methodology through me just received a channeled message from Archangel Anael. Now why would you ask to be sick or blind in this lifetime? It can be experiences , karma, to name a few. These may be in the long run or depending on what path, you choose it may be the short run.

Know you are just really trying to find your way back to Divine source. Where is Divine source? Why would you have to look for it? We tell you always to experience an easier path, to make the journey back home. One must live life through the eyes of a child…for the answer is simple. We, you , me, they, he/she, us, are the human experience of the self re-awakening self. You search for the Divine light you think is just out there.

EASY MEDITATION

In the busy whirlwind of activity the last few weeks, many people are reaching for a sense of peace. Meditation is the easiest way to accomplish that.

When I mention the word ‘meditation’, a lot of people feel stressed and begin to give me excuses of why they do not meditate. Their mind wanders, they don’t know how, they don’t have time…and so on.

I remind them that they have time to breathe. Then I walk/talk them through the Pyramid Meditation. After you have done it one time, all you need to do is to visualize the pyramid around you…breathe from the top…and let the energy flow through and around you as you breathe out. It will ground and center you in the bottom of the pyramid. Do three slow breaths like that and you will feel much better.

When things get chaotic at work, one of my friends excuses herself to the bathroom and does the three breaths. Then she returns to work more centered and in a place of peace. This particular meditation creates a protective field around you also, so it does double duty.

Jesus once said. “Unless you become as a child you will not inherit the kingdom of heaven.” A child’s greatest gift is their ‘imagination.’ When you awaken your ‘imagination’ or third eye (psychic sight) in this quick meditation which brings in Divine Energy, you are bringing the kingdom of heaven into you!

Make a commitment to you this coming year to take at least one to three times a day to breathe in this meditation and awaken the kingdom of heaven in and around you!

FEEL FLATTENED BY LIFE?

Sometimes you just need to recover. This came to me as I had a weird experience. Our flag gets all tangled in the Florida gusts of wind. So it is a normal occurrence for me to take the time to unwind it.

Today as I did so, I felt something soft hit my arm then heard a ‘flop’ noise like a heavy pancake hit the pavement. I looked down and saw this white toad. He looked flattened and wasn’t moving. I gently prodded him with a soft branch and the little man didn’t budge.

Saddened and afraid he might be dead, I spoke to him for awhile, apologizing that I had not been aware he was tangled in the flag. I sent him energy whether for his life or his spirit to release in a good way.

I drove to town to run some errands. When I pulled up in the drive I was saddened to see he was still there. However, as I walked up to the house, I noticed he had moved slightly and was puffed up a bit. I knew he was simply getting himself together before hopping back to his life. I was relieved to know he would recover.

I considered how many times we fall down in our life’s pursuit. We may have the wind knocked out of us and feel the situation ‘flattened’ our energy. However, if we will just rest..simply ‘be’…then eventually we will get our second wind and begin to grow and expand. Trying to struggle and drag ourselves around while we are still damaged will not help, only slow down our eventual healing.

So let us all learn from this toad. If life has knocked you down. Don’t keep trying to rush around and help everyone. Just simply be. Take all the time you need to heal. Eventually you will be all filled up with Divine energy and life and will hop away, happy and whole!
