Seeking Balance

To seek only the light or the dark is to be blinded. It is only when both are present that beautiful patterns, colors and shapes can be seen. 

This does not mean that you should seek to do harm or look for trouble. It means that you need to shine a light upon the darkest parts of yourself to see what needs to be healed.

Healing Through Balance

"Beauty on so many levels was unveiled as Light flowed through the darkness. There was only enough Light allowed to bring balance. If too much Light was brought into the darkness, the new beings would be blinded. The balance allowed for shadows to play around the corners and edges of the new creations. The Light flowed across the new world as it was called into existence. "

When you reach only for the light, you will be blinded to your own wounds that need to be tended. True balance comes when light and dark live in harmony. 

 

Your wounds, when healed, become your strength. Just as a flashlight provides sight in darkness, darkness allows you to see what's in the blinding light. Do not fear it, heal it, and grow stronger as a spiritual being.
