Be Careful What You Ask For!

Would you ever call a friend for help, only to tell them to wait in the living room while you take a phone call?

Of course not! That would be very disrespectful.

Yet, we often do just this when we ask the Angels for help.

You ask for money and the Angels bring a great job opportunity your way and you hesitate to apply.

You ask for help in your studies and then refuse the study partner who bumps into you "miraculously" at the library.

When you ask for help from the Angels, they expect you to do your part as well. Sometimes this means exiting the "comfort zone," but then that is where the miracles take place.

The Angels love you and want to help, but do not ask for help and not expect to receive it. When they give you the gift you asked for, they not only want you to say, "Thank you!" but they expect that you will use it and not leave it gathering dust on a shelf.

Love the Angels, ask the Angels but most of all respect the Angels as you would a best friend. For if you do, they will become just that.

Take the Leap

When you feel terrified, yet excited and exhilarated, you may have reached the end of your #ComfortZone. If you want to fly, you must take a #LeapofFaith. Trust that your Angels will catch you!
If you want to have and ordinary life, then play it safe. If bigger dreams are your goal, then you have to walk over to the edge and prepare to jump. If you don't reach the moon, you will land among the stars and fortunately, that is where the Angels live.

They will keep you safe from harm and lift you higher if only you ask.

Go For the Burn!

The best and most exciting parts of your life take place outside of your comfort zone.

Think of a difficult exercise class you've taken either in person or on video.

When another person is in charge, it is much easier to exit your physical comfort zone. You will continue on further than if you were exercising on your own.

A good exercise is to learn to leave your comfortable place without the pushing of another. Pick something you do regularly: journaling, exercise or meditation, for example. If you're writing go beyond your selected number of words, if you're walking or lifting weights, do another lap when you've reached your exhaustion point, or another set. If you meditate for five minutes, hang in for ten or fifteen.

When you make it a daily practice to push yourself just beyond the limit of what you think you can do, you build muscles. Muscles can be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.

Push yourself, gently beyond your comfort zone every day. Small pushes build and become bigger ones. Soon your soul will be healthy and buffed. Lol.

The Leap of Faith

It is only because of people who took great risks that you are able to read these words.
You can "play it safe" and have a mediocre life, or you can take small (or large) risks and set the stage for something better.
Amazing potential exists outside of your comfort zone. You don't have to sell everything you own and move across the country to take a risk.

Just put yourself "out there" a bit more. Show off your artwork, submit writing samples, audition for a local (or bigger) show.

Don't hide your Divine-given talents. It would be an insult to the one who gave them to you.
