Nothing More Than Feelings

Feelings and emotions are temporary. It is okay to have them. They can, in fact, help us to understand where we are blocked spiritually and emotionally. Just take a minute before acting on them. Do not damage a real friendship over a fleeting feeling.
It's okay to step back, take a breath and think about the situation. 

Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is to step back and say, "I just need a minute."

Editing Your Life

We are officially into Mercury Retrograde. At this point, many will feel stress and frustration.

These are old feelings coming up to be healed. Know that you have the ability to deal with anything that comes up.

What you are feeling can reveal much about what you need to learn or work on. Let go of the feeling and see what is really going on. Then step in with the knowledge and skills you have obtained since the last time you felt it.

You are not being punished, you are being given a chance to edit what will become the story of your life.

So, relax, get to work and write a best seller!

Time to Lighten Up!

It is a challenge to stay happy all the time. It's normal to have moments of sadness, anger or depression. The important thing is not to stay there. Learn the lesson, give thanks for the new knowledge and move on to a better place.

When your mood is low, try listening to uplifting music, look at beautiful art or take a walk in nature. 


There is much to be learned from sadder times, but when you create, do it from a mindset of joy and happiness. Send those feelings out and wait excitedly for their return.
