This is the present. This is where you are meant to live.
When you allow shame and guilt into your consciousness, or hold others in a place of judgement, you are living in the past.
When you do this it is as though you have placed a shackle around your ankle. This keeps you from moving forward.
You were born to be free. Do not allow your fears and regrets to imprison you.
If this is a challenge, ask the angels for help. Sit in silence and feel the relief as they remove the heavy weight from your heart.
Then go and sin no more. You cannot. For sin only exists in your mind. Forgive yourself and be at peace with the opinions of others.
In the eyes of the angels, you are forever innocent.
