It is a challenge to stay happy all the time.
It's normal to have moments of sadness, anger or depression. The
important thing is not to stay there. Learn the lesson, give thanks for
the new knowledge and move on to a better place.
When your mood is low, try listening to uplifting music, look at beautiful art or take a walk in nature.
There is much to be learned from sadder times, but when you create, do
it from a mindset of joy and happiness. Send those feelings out and wait
excitedly for their return.
