Take Time for You



Modern civilization has distracted us from our connection with nature and the seasons. As the days grow shorter, you might feel tired, low on energy or even a little depressed. Try to become aware of this and plan your life accordingly. Sneak in a nap, an extra break or some activities that lighten your spirit. You can shift the energy of lethargy and depression into anticipation and childlike wonder. Then you can be a beacon to show others the way.
