Going into large crowds, especially enclosed places are intensely difficult to do. You may feel out of balance and out of control.
If you are experiencing these feelings, then pat yourself on the back. You are moving forward. Your vibration is shifting and changing. Allow these shifts to do their work on you. Be kind to yourself. Get plenty of rest.
Stay away from crowed places if you can. When standing in lines, put your hands on your waist…elbows out. Claim your space! Your vibration is in the process of shifting to such a high frequency that people are literally not seeing you. Hence they are crowding and bumping into you.
Take time to meditate to help settle into your new vibration. Eventually you will feel ‘normal’. You will find it a bit easier to be IN this world, though not OF this world.
