There have been a lot of energetic shifts as we are preparing for the new year of 2012. Emotions have been heightened with outbursts of unexplained tears or raising your voice to scold someone. We are cleansing away our way of doing things in the old vibration. Letting go of the old can cause a sense of loss and even grieving. It can cause us to feel and act out of control.
