Consider trying this: Invoke the Pyramid of Protection around you with a simple breath in and out focusing on it. Then sit still for two minutes. During that time allow the Love of the Divine to pulse throughout your body entering through the top of your head.
Tune into the pulsing rhythm as it courses through you, filling you with peace, balance, healing, relaxation or energy. Whatever you need most will be given to you. It is a gift freely given with no expectations demanded in return. Accept it with gratefulness.
When two minutes is up (or it may feel so good you will take more than that!) take a deep breath. As you breathe slowly out feel your pyramid being strengthened around you.
You will feel more balanced if you will take these two minutes once a day throughout the next month. Then you will discover you have incorporated meditations into your daily life!
