There have been a lot of extra energies flowing in for us in the last few days. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming, confusing and almost heavy. If you are experiencing some of these feelings know that you are on the right path. Remember Light Workers are creating new DNA in our bodies as we continue on our path. Our vibrational frequency of our physical bodies are literally changing. It will translate into feeling heavy as are working at rising above the energies of those who want to stay in a lower frequency.
So get extra rest, drink lots of water and meditate. These energies will continue for the next few days and then dissipate slightly. Also, share with those of like mind and they will encourage you to stay the course. And never forget the angels are always there to help, just ask them with a grateful heart.
