I have posted this before, but it bears repeating. I began saying it daily when Anael gave it to me. This was huge in my transformation from the pain of Fibromyalgia and letting go of trying to hold onto things, including an extra 75 pounds of fluffiness!
Say this with conviction while looking at yourself in the mirror every morning!
