TWO-MINUTE REST/RECHARGE
- Let eyelids droop to comfortable level
- Continue to gaze downwards
- Place tips of fingers and thumbs together forming a pyramid
- Rest that on your lap or table in front of you
- Okay to let eyes close
- Breathing may slow
- Slowly open and come back to full awareness
