However, as our goal is to become balanced human beings, we must incorporate both of these energies within every aspect of ourselves. Until we learn to assimilate them properly, we will experience many discordant feelings.
For example…when you get very angry, male energy may come forward causing you to yell in order to be heard. This is not constructive. Female energy may come forward causing you to stuff those emotions down in order to bring peace. This also is not constructive.
When you find the best of both (‘marry’ those energies so to speak) then you can speak your truth in a kind, gentle way. This causes you to be heard in a positive light bringing resolution (internal or externals) to the conflict created by the anger.
Take time to meditate in order to bring to the forefront of your consciousness the very best of both male and female energies within. If you do this even five minutes a day, you will find yourself on a more peaceful and balanced path.
