ENDING LONELINESS

This New Moon is bringing in a lot of energies buried deep in our souls. One universal issue, though many think it is theirs alone, is that of loneliness. Our humanness causes us to search desperately for that one person who will end the feeling of being alone. If we could just find, Mr./Mrs. Right, then all will be well in our world. We rush into love, then in time find ourselves alone again. Alone with that one who we felt would complete our life's journey, for in their humanness, they were unable to fulfill that deep sense of longing in our soul. Many times we rush to find another human to fill that gap in our being, only to be disappointed once again.

It is only when we take time to dive deep into our pain, are we able to see the tiny spark within our souls. As we sit in the stillness and breathe...just breathe without a single thought of our own, do we hear the voice of the Divine. "I AM" comes the words. We notice our breath has begun to fan the spark into a flame. We watch as the flame begins to consume old thoughts of loneliness. Transfixed by the flickering flames growing stronger with each breath, the sound of "I AM" vibrates us to the core of our being. The fire of Divinity pervades our soul as it is fueled by our breath and vibration of the "I AM".

As we come back from our journey, we watch, perplexed, as others rush to find solace in another human. Now we feel and see the Oneness of our Soul in the Divinity of the I AM.  No longer alone. Never alone. All we need is within our soul.

For we are Divine and the Divine is Us.
