These are tough questions, but the answer is not that hard. The best thing you can do is remove yourself from them. Be too busy to chat with them or hang out with them.

In the Emergency Response Loop you can reprogram your emotions to not be upset when remembering when someone did something to hurt you.
One thing that is very important is to learn to know before it gets bad whether a person or situation is good for you or not. One thing is to pay attention to how you feel after you have been in that energy. If you feel really tired or stressed out, then you need to cut that out of your life. If you feel energized or peaceful, then this is good for you.
Another thing you can do is to tune into your body’s negative and positive responses. Tomorrow’s blog will give a simple exercise to learn how to do and practice working with your body indicators.
