If you listen to your heart, you may be confused...if you listen to your mind, you may be confused. BUT if you listen to your SOUL, you will be clear. The soul encompasses your heart and your mind bringing them to a place of peace. Always follow your soul for clear direction and joy!
How to do that? Meditate. Focus on your breath while you look at this picture, a candle flame and keep bringing your mind to your breath. Five minutes a day will begin to illuminate your SOUL!

ONCE IN A BLUE MOON

This Full Moon is like many of the other intense ones this years. It is considered a Blue Moon. Remember the old saying, "Once in a Blue Moon."  "It happens once in a blue moon...." Well, this is the time for 'it' to happen.

 

What is the 'it'? That would be different for everyone. But it certainly is time to release some old patterns in your way of thinking about the world. It is time to be done with doing the same things and expecting different results. It is time to determine to forge ahead with your own life and create your dreams. It is time to manifest miracles in your life by no longer worrying about how society may react if they discover you are different from the norm.

Many have had past memories of abuse and negative situations brought up in their lives in the last week. These are surfacing for you to take a look at what you still need to release or heal. Take a hard look at things which feel sad from you past and determine to let them go, so they no longer have any control in your life.

Creative energy is building up right now, but as long as you have the 'I am worried about other people's opinion of me' syndrome, you will not be able to be truly creative.

Perhaps you are afraid of their criticism because you are critical of yourself and others. This is a perfect thing to release this Full Moon. Choose to let go of a critical spirit. You will find that will go a long way to allowing you to lighten your load and rise up to reach your dreams.

Perhaps someday you could say, "Once on a Blue Moon, I released criticism and then was able to reclaim my free spirit!"

STAY FOCUSED

It has been a couple of weeks of situations in life trying to take us off course. Family and friends have been demanding. Our jobs have been discouraging. Relationships have been strained.

We must remember we are spiritual beings having a human experience. We are the navigators of that experience. We must ask ourselves what do we want to create in our lives to experience?

"Stay focused on your task at hand, whatever it may be. At times the distractions are simply the world's way to check to see if you are serious about your path. What do you want to accomplish in life? Are you willing to set your arrow and aim straight in the middle of turmoil around you? We angels will help you and give you the energy and focus you need if you but ask."

SPIRITUAL WARFARE

This past week has been especially heavy with many feeling as if they are swimming through mucky or muddy waters. Even though it may have slowed you down, you must keep on keeping on. The angels are supporting you whether you feel them or not. This coming week will feel lighter, so no worries, you will be able to make up for lost time.

RELEASE OLD BELIEF SYSTEMS

We are right in the middle of these energies and coming out on the positive side. As the old saying goes...'the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expecting different results.' This is also true with our thought processes and belief systems. When they are strongly ingrained within your being, it is more difficult to release. I look back many years ago at a different 'me'. I was so militant/religious, I was very judgmental of people who think as I do now. I am grateful for the shift in my belief system as it has given me a peace that passes all understanding deep within my soul.

TRUST OF LIZARDS

Magic of Florida...This picture was taken just outside of Troy (name of our home) of a lizard resting on a fairy statue.

He may have lost his tail tip, but not his spirit. He will grow another, for he goes with the flow and is supported by the Universe....as we all are.
