The Perfect Holiday

This time of the year many are sad because they are alone for Christmas. Empaths, in particular, may pick up the sadness, stress and frustration caused by unfulfilled holiday expectations.

The world thinks we are supposed to be with family for the holidays...at the very least to be with friends. The past can never be repeated, and many times our family is not alignment with us anymore, so it would be stressful rather than fun to be with them.

As you look back on holidays past, focus only on what was good, not on what you wish you had again. This keeps our vibration high.

You can even take the next step and remember one of your Christmas's in a Past Life. Let your mind go and enjoy the journey it takes you upon. What is one of your favorite Christmas memories...this Life time or a Past Life time?

Focus on happy thoughts and memories and be open to creating new ones. Do not judge yourself for creating unconventional and nontraditional experiences.

You life is your own personal experience, and no one has the right to tell you which of your experiences are “correct.”

The winter holidays are a time of shining light in the darkness and encouraging hope in a time of fear and uncertainty.

The best thing you can do for yourself and others during the holidays is to be at peace and shine your light. Give hope to the hopeless and strength to the weak.

The winter solstice means that the light is returning. Know that this is so. Brighter days are ahead. Guaranteed.
