Play Often, Stay Young

If you want to stay young, then simply refuse to grow up. Take time everyday to play a little. Take time every week to play a lot. 

You can only give of your time and energy if you have some in reserve, so rest is not a selfish thing. 
 
Ask your angels to organize your schedule so that you have plenty of time for play. Not only will they do that, they will play with you.
