Dream a Little Daydream

Do you find yourself daydreaming a lot?
Sometimes the brain gets overloaded and needs a break.

Daydreaming can be a great way to create and explore new ideas.
If you find yourself getting lost in your daydreams, you might want to try meditation.

It helps you focus your creative energy so that you can bring it out in the world when you "wake up." 

Close your eyes, take a breath and give it a try.
