Sitting By the Water

If meditation is a challenge for you, try sitting near an ocean, a river or a fountain. The negative ions you inhale will not only relax you but boost your mood. It gives you time to talk to your Angels as well.
 Let the sound of the running water fill up your senses, allowing all other thoughts, sounds and stresses fade into the background. Then, take a breath, get up, and have a beautiful, Angel-filled day!
