The idea that we must have winners and losers to bring more quality and greatness to the world is another form of duality.
To win or not win is not a judgment but a fact, like being blue or red, wet or dry. You may have a preference, but both have merit.
To win, gives you an opportunity to practice humility and appreciation. This is something we are not taught in youth sports.This is surprisingly difficult for some people, but if this part of the game is not mastered, then the "win" is only superficial.
To not win gives you a valuable learning opportunity to learn and hone your skills. To be gracious for the opportunity to participate and to see where there is room to grow.
When you enter a competition, ask your Angels for the wisdom to do your best and for no one to be harmed in any way. Be grateful for the opportunity to play the game.
You may win or not win, but either way, your heavenly teammates stand proudly beside you, hoisting you on their mighty shoulders in victory.
When you truly give from your heart, you do so, not to procure a debt,(either physical or emotional) from the recipient.
When you receive, you are allowing another to open a channel of abundance. They are trusting that they have enough to share and that the Universe will always provide. You do not need to give anything back, simply, be grateful.
To only give, depletes your resources. To only receive, cuts you off from the Divine source. Eventually, you become a "taker" scrounging for all of your basic needs.
To give or receive with expectations takes you out of the moment and into a fearful and uncertain future.
There is enough for everyone. If we can learn to give and receive without expectations, we can provide for the entire planet.
If you feel that it's time to perform an act of generosity, consult your Angels. They will help you sort through the emotions so that you can give freely without expectations.
It's Friday! We've made it through another week! What a great day to count blessings!
Think of all the things you have to be grateful for. Feel the love and gratitude build in your heart, then let it go!
Allow those feelings to explode out into the world! Now enjoy your day and expect miracles everywhere!
The angels are frequently answering requests. It is always a great idea to send them extra love and gratitude.
They love us without limits and sacrifice everything to keep us safe and protect our free will.
On those great days when you don't need any help, let them know they are appreciated for the endless work they do on our behalf.
There is magic in this world, if you but have eyes to see!
Instead of looking off to far horizons or greener grass, look at what is beneath your own feet and in the palm of your hand. Fill yourself with wonder at the many gifts that are given to you: life, love, the beauty of trees and flowers and fresh air.
When you do this, things like, enough food to eat, a job, a car and free time become extravagant luxuries which fill you with joy.
Do this and you will always feel blessed beyond belief!

Angels have sacrificed for humanity because they know what your life is worth. Don't waste a minute of it! Live your life to the fullest and enjoy and appreciate it.
The Earth is your school, your workplace and
your home. The angels have decorated it beautifully out of love for you,
so that you will enjoy your experience here. You can say, “thank-you”
by taking care of this beautiful planet. Pick up trash, plant trees and flowers and look out for the creatures who share our land and waterways.
You will be rewarded by the beauty and tranquility you create with your actions of appreciation.
