To Win or Not to Win

The idea that we must have winners and losers to bring more quality and greatness to the world is another form of duality.

To win or not win is not a judgment but a fact, like being blue or red, wet or dry. You may have a preference, but both have merit.

To win, gives you an opportunity to practice humility and appreciation. This is something we are not taught in youth sports. This is surprisingly difficult for some people, but if this part of the game is not mastered, then the "win" is only superficial.

To not win gives you a valuable learning opportunity to learn and hone your skills. To be gracious for the opportunity to participate and to see where there is room to grow.

When you enter a competition, ask your Angels for the wisdom to do your best and for no one to be harmed in any way. Be grateful for the opportunity to play the game.

You may win or not win, but either way, your heavenly teammates stand proudly beside you, hoisting you on their mighty shoulders in victory.
