At this time of year, society tells us we must
 rush and be in a hurry to accomplish many things, yet our bodies tell 
us that it's time to slow down. Do not feel guilty if you lag behind. 
Your body is in tune with nature and the season. Do what you must to 
prepare for the holidays, but also remember to take some time to slow 
down, rest, nap or pamper yourself. Your body-temple deserves a Happy 
Holiday too.
