The Present of Presence


Are you feeling worried or unappreciated? Give yourself a present. THE Present. This moment, right now. The future that worries you has no power here. The past that haunts you cannot survive for long here. This is your place of power, this is where you can act.

Don't exhaust yourself trying to do everything right now, but if there is something you can do, then do it! If you don't have time, what do you need to do to make time?

If nothing else, stop a minute. Take a breath. Feel your blood flowing through your veins, the air passing through your lungs, feel your connection to the Divine. Give yourself this "present" several times a day. Soon, you will not want to be anywhere else and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish.
