The Feeling of You

Do you remember what it feels like to be you? Free of the emotions and energies of others? Meditation can bring this feeling to you. Make time for it every day.
 No need to be formal or take classes. Just close your eyes and breathe. Let your mind wander if it wants to. Follow it to see where it goes. Don't judge yourself, just observe and get familiar with the wonderful feeling of
