SYMPTOMS OF ASCENSION

I keep speaking of the shifting energies. I know many of us just wonder when they will be finished ‘messing’ with us. What is happening though is a huge shift on a worldwide basis.

As we move from the 3rd dimension and begin to tap into the higher planes of 4^th and 5^th, our bodies are encountering a massive influx of light. We are shifting into our 'light bodies'. This is an DNA upgrade as we make the shift to be more crystalline in our bodies.

The symptoms of ascension are many and varied. I will be addressing some of them in the next few days here in my blog. You should always get a medical doctor’s opinion, as some of the symptoms are also those that need medical attention.

Many are experiencing extreme tiredness, appetite issues, depression, mood swings, insomnia, aches and pains, tummy upsets, to name just a few. This ascension is all about releasing attachments and energies that are now longer there to serve our highest good. These issues may be past life patterns that need to be addressed and healed. Sometimes, it is simply being aware of what it is and allowing yourself to go through it.

One thing I personally am experiencing is the following symptom of ascension: Days of extreme fatigue. The body is losing density and going through intense restructuring.

So I am resting more than normal and taking power naps. I am paying extra attention to eating right and exercising to take care of my temple. I am honoring balance in my life. Since I have a tendency to bite off more than I can chew, it is challenging for me.

STEPPING THROUGH THE DOOR:...PART TWO

You try to go down to comfort them, but the air is too heavy and you can’t get there. You look around and see a group of others like you(from the heavenly side) gathered around someone that appears like them, only is in human form. Approaching them, you ask someone what they are doing.

You are told they are speaking to someone whom can shift from the heavy (3^rd dimensional energies) to the almost heavenly (5^th dimensional energies). They are asking her to go speak to their loved one for them, since they can’t seem to get their loved one to hear them. It seems all they can do is ‘pop’ in for a minute, working with electricity, creating smells and doing little things to help their loved one know they are okay and have some peace. However, some are not understanding these are messages from them.

You step up and ask this person to help you. She is happy to do so. You see her energy shimmer for a moment and become heavier as she lowers herself to your loved one who is crying. She speaks to your dear one, who stops crying and listens. Then she points to you.

For a moment with her hand on your loved one and her other hand reaching to you, you can touch her hand. This sends a wave of energy through her and into your dear one’s heart. There is a peaceful wave of joy that goes across your loved one’s face, as she hears and feels that you are happy and in a good place.

You look around you and see others like this one that helped you. They seem to be traveling back and forth between the doorway, talking to people on both sides. When the person that helped you returns, she explains.

“We have worked very hard at meditating and learning to travel with our spirits. Now that the top of the doorway between worlds is thinning it is easier for us. We raise our energy to this dimension, then lower it to the other when needing to get messages back and forth.”

“We have been told by some of the Angels on the heavenly side, that soon all who work at meditation in this way will be able to move to the heavenly world without leaving their physical bodies behind. We will be able to re-create our bodies and make them to always regenerate.

Even though you left your physical body behind, you will be able to have a new one whenever you want. For now there are teachers on the heavenly side that will show you how to change your vibration to be able to more effectively visit your loved one from time to time. I will work with them on this side and teach them how to raise their vibration. Then perhaps you can meet in the middle.

This is of course if they choose to not stay in the 3^rd dimension of vibration. Soon both dimensions will be active here on earth. One will rarely be able to see the other, so choices must be made.

For those who choose to stay, it will feel like their loved one is dying when they ascend to the 5^th dimension (and vice versa). But do not hold onto that sorrow, for it will keep you from ascending completely.

Remember your soul family, your real family awaits you! There will be joy like nothing you have ever experienced!”

FIFTH DIMENSIONAL SHIFT

There have been a lot of energetic shifts as we are preparing for the new year of 2012. Emotions have been heightened with outbursts of unexplained tears or raising your voice to scold someone.

We are cleansing away our way of doing things in the old vibration. Letting go of the old can cause a sense of loss and even grieving. It can cause us to feel and act out of control.

The good news is that as you let go and work through this time, the new beginnings are at hand. To help with that, I am offering a special class:

LUNAR ECLIPSE MESSAGE

I planned to sleep through the eclipse last night. Whatever I needed to be told would come to me is what I thought. I was right on one level. I was told to wake up at just the right time for the eclipse.

Even getting out of bed in the wee hours was not a challenge. That in itself was confirmation that I should go outside to see the eclipse.

As soon as I stepped outside, I heard them. Physically I heard them talking. I have met the Deva’s of the trees before, so I recognized their voice. I looked into the sky at the beautiful moon and asked what was happening. The angels told me that a portal had been opened.

“Opened for what?” I questioned. (All the time, I heard the rustling voices of the tree spirits in the background)

Anael answered speaking for the angels, “We are bringing in the energy to re-awaken all the Deva’s (spirits of nature) of this earth. Those whom have been in slumber will now be awake and work with all of you in healing the earth.

Be careful though….these are powerful energies! They do not like what has been done to the earth where they reside. This is time to work together in unity…healing the earth with each breath.

Do not put your negativity into the earth expecting her to transmute it for you. Transmute it first. This is time to grow up and take responsibility for who you are.

Let go of old ways of dealing with issues and relationships and learn how to survive in the 5^th dimensional reality that is upon us.”

I stood outside for several minutes listening to the Deva’s rough whisperings. It was amazing and comforting. We do not have to do this work alone.

As I drove to work this morning, I saw the sleepy ‘eyes’ of the trees as I passed. They are waking up. This earth is shifting. We must learn to work with her. There was a new beginning last night.

I will continue to share messages as they come to me. For now, breathe deep Divine Love and send it to the earth.
