ADDING A POSITIVE HABIT

It takes 21 days to make a habit. How about picking one thing to change in your life? Just a small thing that you can do every day. Something that makes you and those around you happy.

Do this for 21 days, then pick one more thing. By the end of a year you will have added 12 or 13 new positive ways of doing things to your life.
