Lessons from the Pavement

Life can appear so fragile. Darkness seems to overshadow light. But the true power lies within perseverance. Never giving up.

This lesson was brought to my attention as I stepped into the ‘Angel Mobile’ from a parking lot. The parking lot pavement seemed rather new. Tar and gravel type mixture formed into something strong that cars can drive upon.

However, as I gazed down, I saw a place had been disturbed and pushed upwards. Having seen the outcome of this disruption in other places, I knew under the pavement a plant was pushing its way to the light as it fought for life.

One can easily tear a plant in two with one’s hands, yet it would take a jackhammer to make a hole in the pavement. So how can a fragile plant push this substance out of the way?

This was Archangel Anael’s answer:

“It is a long time….weeks (how many years is a plant week?) this plant will struggle its way through darkness and heaviness. It must be persistent and never allow frustration at being in the dark overcome it. One day its green head will burst through the constraints that man has placed upon it, and will rejoice in the Light! That is the miracle given to life forms.

As you struggle in your own places of heaviness and darkness created by man, remember the plant. You too were gifted with life and your own personal miracle is inside of you waiting to be released. Your desire is to be connected to the Divine and to be surrounded by Light. If you will patiently and persistently strive for the Light, one day you will break forth having overcome odds thought to be insurmountable!

My special honor was bringing Light to the world, so just ask for my help. I will awaken miracles within your life to show you your next step. I will Light your path even in your darkest hour to connect you with the Divine. One day you will be surrounded by Divine Light!”
