It's almost time! As the New Year arrives, it's a good time to think about changes. Instead of making resolutions this year, how about an "old year" release? What outdated habits, material items or negative individuals do you need to let go of to bring in more joy and prosperity in 2015? Have a fun, but safe New Year's Eve! Cleaning Your Spiritual House

Don't think that you have failed spiritually when you encounter a roadblock or negative event or person. Sometimes when you clean a spot in your house, it looks so good it makes the rest of the house seem dirty. It is, simply, a sign that you are making progress. Keep at it and don't give up. Continue your work every day and your house (spirit) will soon shine like a sacred temple.

Your spiritual path is a journey. Every event, person, or feeling that you have is part of that journey and acts as a polishing cloth that makes parts of you you never knew existed, shine.

Love and Expectations

Relationships don't happen at the end of a Hollywood movie. They happen over coffee and paying bills. 

They give you and another a chance to grow. Set healthy boundaries, but do not take every issue personally. 

Sometimes the greatest love occurs not from holding tight, but standing back.

Happy Holidays at the Temple

At this time of year, society tells us we must rush and be in a hurry to accomplish many things, yet our bodies tell us that it's time to slow down. Do not feel guilty if you lag behind. Your body is in tune with nature and the season. Do what you must to prepare for the holidays, but also remember to take some time to slow down, rest, nap or pamper yourself. Your body-temple deserves a Happy Holiday too.

The Dance of Light and Dark

Return of the Light

Angel Signs

We often look up in the clouds to see angels, but they can be anywhere. You may find a feather, a penny or meet a person who is like an "Earth Angel."

You can ask for a sign and one will be sent to you. There is only one "catch," you must keep your eyes open to look for it.

Happy Hanukkah!

Today begins the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah! It is a celebration of light and hope at a time of darkness and despair. Even if you are not Jewish, you can celebrate by having faith in the return of the sun as Winter begins to release it's grip and the days grow longer with the coming Solstice. 

Whatever holiday experience appeals to you this time of year, have a happy and blessed one! If you get gloomy, call on the angels for some holiday cheer!

Light in the Darkness

Today, in many of the world, St. Lucia (or Lucy's) day is celebrated. In the old Julian calendar, the 13th of December coincided with the Winter Solstice. As with many holidays, the legends and traditions overlap from culture to culture, and it's not even certain that St. Lucia existed.

This doesn't mean we can't be inspired by her story. The legend of St. Lucia day states that she went into the catacombs, bringing food to the early Christians at a time when they were being hunted down and killed. She wore a wreath of candles on her head so that her hands were free to carry more food. In essence, she brought light and abundance into a place of darkness and despair.

Sound familiar? 

If you feel down this time of year, ask the angels to lighten your mood. If you feel happy and jolly, then spread it around and inspire others. You can be an angel to them.

The Power of Words

Words are like feathers in the wind. Be careful what you say...you may find it hard to repair the damage...and that damage always extends to the one who did the damage....

In youth, we were told that "sticks and stones can break bones, but words can never hurt,"
As we grow older and heal the wounds of the past, we learn that this is not so. They can do a great deal of damage if used for malicious purposes or, simply, said in anger or pain. 

Mind your words that they will do no harm. The angels can shield you from the harmful words of others. They are happy to do it if you ask them.

Angels at Your Back

Many people forget that they have access to Heavenly helpers who are always there. Get into the habit of talking to your angels regularly. Greet them in the morning, thank them for a safe work commute and ask them to bless your meals. 

When you are in a difficult situation, you will not hesitate to call them immediately and see it resolved in an unexpected and miraculous way.

New Energies, Releasing Old Fears

 Being moody and depressed doesn't always mean that there is anything wrong, but that you are processing fears to be released. Let them go. Take Time for You

Modern civilization has distracted us from our connection with nature and the seasons. As the days grow shorter, you might feel tired, low on energy or even a little depressed. Try to become aware of this and plan your life accordingly. Sneak in a nap, an extra break or some activities that lighten your spirit. You can shift the energy of lethargy and depression into anticipation and childlike wonder. Then you can be a beacon to show others the way.

Release and Renew

Take Time to Rest

Winter holidays can be a stressful time. We want everyone to be happy, but we can only do so much. 

The best way to give to others is to give yourself adequate time to rest and recuperate. Friends and family will have a better time with a refreshed and restored "you," and you will have more love and light available to share.

Children and Families

Children are inherently wise, having just returned to Earth from Heaven, but they still need our protection. We can be to them as the angels are to us, patient guides who see past the mistakes to the beautiful soul within.

 Remember that when your children are challenging you, that the Angels look upon you the same way. The Angels can help you in dark and difficult times. 

Your families have been brought together for a reason. Love them and do what you can. The Angels will help you work things out.

Gratitude of the Angels

Your True Path

There is no place too dark for the angels to find you. They will not blind you with sunshine and rainbows, but will always find the quickest most efficient way back to your true path.

 Angels are in our lives to help us get our spiritual work done. Some situations are easily fixed, others require more work on our part to help us grow spiritually and emotionally. If you ask, the Angels will find the best path for you. It may seem long and winding, but they will always keep you company as they walk beside you to your destination.

Reaching up

The angels never leave your side and are always available to help you, but they cannot do this alone. You must reach up to request their help and they will reach down to offer it. They love you too much to interfere with your free will choices to make your life harder, but if you ask them they can help you find a better way.

Soul Family Reunion

Sometimes your earthly family members seem like strangers and those you've just met feel like family. Often your blood relatives and soul family members are not the same. Love your family as much as you can, and give thanks for the beautiful soul family reunion that is happening all around you.

The Angels' Plan

The angels have a plan for you. Your life has a Divine purpose. They whisper it into your ears while you go about the business of survival. If you listen closely, they will give you the steps to achieve your goals, to be happy, and have a life of love, success and abundance.

Spiritual Beings in Human Clothes

The biggest falsehood we tell ourselves is that we are weak and powerless. There is purpose behind this deception. It challenges us to grow and better ourselves. The goal of the game is to remember who we are while we are wearing this human skin. In doing that, we can bring amazing change, growth and beauty into the world.

 

Going Within

Meditating helps you access the realm of the Divine and find peace in your heart.

Time to Lighten Up!

It is a challenge to stay happy all the time. It's normal to have moments of sadness, anger or depression. The important thing is not to stay there. Learn the lesson, give thanks for the new knowledge and move on to a better place.

When your mood is low, try listening to uplifting music, look at beautiful art or take a walk in nature. 

There is much to be learned from sadder times, but when you create, do it from a mindset of joy and happiness. Send those feelings out and wait excitedly for their return.

Count Your Blessings and Watch Them Grow!

There is magic in this world, if you but have eyes to see!

Instead of looking off to far horizons or greener grass, look at what is beneath your own feet and in the palm of your hand. Fill yourself with wonder at the many gifts that are given to you: life, love, the beauty of trees and flowers and fresh air. 

When you do this, things like, enough food to eat, a job, a car and free time become extravagant luxuries which fill you with joy.

Do this and you will always feel blessed beyond belief!

Accepting Your Power

To be a victim is not shameful. It provides you with an opportunity to grow, learn and empower yourself. It can be frightening at first, to feel the power you possess, but the angels will be at your side to support you every step of the way.

Are You Crying?

We are so busy rushing and trying to make a living, we often forget to have fun.  Many wonder why they are here and also, how to hang on to life in this changing world. Emotions are high as our vibrations begin to shift and raise to a new level. We can cry for no reason it seems.

Tears are not bad. It may feel like sorrow. Like when you leave home for college or a new life. You know nothing will ever be the same again.

Solar Eclipse and New Moon

This evening is a New Moon and Solar Eclipse. This is a time to set intention for what you want to bring into your life. However, the solar eclipse is making things more intense than normal for a New Moon.

Add Mercury Retrograde (which ends on the 25th, thank the goddess!) we have a crazy mix of energies. One area this will hit extra hard is in relationships (romantic, friendship and work).

This may be a time to revisit and review (Mercury Retrograde's message) relationships in your life. That does not mean to let them go, just stop wanting the other person to measure up to your expectations....or stop allowing yourself to be drawn into another person's expectations of you.

This is time to nurture you and do some inner work on yourself. Because as all is said and done....the only one you have to count on is you and the angels.

Stop looking for your validation outside of you, then you will breeze through the next couple of days.

It's Mercury Retrograde All Over Again!

If you are feeling like your life is a slow motion movie right now, you are experiencing the effects of Mercury Retrograde.

No need to panic. Just slow down, double check your work, and just as the planet Mercury appears to do in the sky, BACK UP everything. 

Life goes on during this time. This is a lull in your spiritual work time. Relax, gather resources and take care of you. This is the last Mercury Retrograde of the year 2014. 

Use it wisely.

It's Okay to Be Human

You are not expected to be perfect. If you forgot to do something or ran out of time, simply say when asked, "I didn't do it." Do not make excuses. Excuses do not absolve you of responsibility, they instead, take your power away.

If you acted irresponsibly, or made a mistake, this can be remedied. Do not add to the problem by giving away your power. Use your mistakes as a platform for new learning and move forward.

You will find that others will respect you more if you live your life this way. Ask for the angels to help you if you feel lost. They will always answer you and show you the way.

Always do your best, but allow yourself to be human. It is all part of the fun. Today's struggle handled gracefully may become tomorrow's triumph. Don't give up when you mess up. Dust yourself off and keep going. 

One day you will look back at yourself and smile, as you would to a child who is struggling to build with blocks: with eyes of love, compassion and pride in the brave individual who refused to give up.

Finding You

Never allow anyone to decide who you are, what you are to look like, or how you are to act. Check in with your angel for answers/directions and stand in your truth of YOU!

 Often we grow up being told who we ought to be, or how we should behave. We are told what is appropriate to like and what we should shun and hate.

It is time to step into your power and become the person you have always been inside. 

Look at your dreams, hopes, and what makes you happy. The clues to finding yourself are inside of you. 

You are a beautiful expression of Divine love. You belong here. Be proud of who you are.

Christianity and Spiritual Gifts

I had a Skype call with a client yesterday. She asked me about how my beliefs with the angels worked with my Christian upbringing. I pointed to the picture behind me on my wall of Jesus (I have this exact picture). I told her that as Jesus said in the New Testament, : "These things I do, you too can do and more!" that I would not throw my gifts back in the face of God. 

The gifts of prophecy and healing were mentioned as spiritual gifts in the Bible. Since Jesus said we had the ability to do even more than he did in his incarnation here, I will not limit my gifts. To do so would be disrespectful. My heart has always been for that of the Christ energy. It is interesting for me to remember when I was baptized at nine years of age. It is as clear as yesterday. We 'immersed' (dunked the whole person under the water) in our faith. I remember coming out of the water, and feeling chills all throughout my body. I had a sense of awe, that my life was no longer my own, but dedicated to Divine purpose. I don't remember those amazing chills again until I connected with the angels in my healing and spiritual/psychic work. (Before I consciously connected with the angels and did the healing and psychic work, I didn't feel those chills) Now it is a daily experience. Working with the angels of the Divine is incredible as many of my students know very well. Many people misunderstand who I am and what I do....but then again, they misunderstood Jesus too, so I guess that puts in good company.

Rest, Reflect, Renew

With the intense energies coming in of late, Self-Care is imperative. Find what recharges your battery and renew yourself today. Just because someone expects something of you, doesn't mean you have to participate. Rest, Reflect, Renew!

 Self-care is not selfish. If you failed to maintain your car, you would not be able to go anywhere or help anyone. 

A little attention now to exhaustion or aches and pains will save you expensive down time when you may not be able to afford it. 

Lightworkers are here to help humanity. If we do not take care of ourselves, we make it harder to do this.

Love and help your neighbor whenever you can, but don't forget to love you first.

Don't Be Afraid of the Dark

"We Angels of the Elohim...the Angels of Light, have no fear of the dark. We also have not anger against the dark, so do not war with the dark. For we know how to work with the dark, to enter the heavy places within your soul and ignite the spark of Divine Light to transform your life into a place of perfect peace and tranquility Simply ask us and we will begin our work for you." ~Archangel Anael~

 Darkness is not bad or evil, it is simply, the absence of light. By looking at the shadows around us, we can see what we need to learn which helps us to grow as spiritual beings (pretending to be humans). When you see darkness in others, do not run away in fear. Fear makes the darkness grow. Look at it, learn from it and apply those lessons to your life. 

Just as you cannot clean a house by piling cleaning supplies in your kitchen, you must seek out the spiritual "clutter" and dust off your beautiful soul. It is only then that you can see how amazing you are.

If you are still afraid, ask the angels to light your way in the darkness. They will stay by your side so that nothing can harm you.

Decide for Yourself

Never allow anyone to decide who you are, what you are to look like, or how you are to act. Check in with your angel for answers/directions and stand in your truth of YOU!

Don't be afraid to peel off the layers of other people's beliefs and opinions of you. 

When you are clear of this limited thinking, you will find an amazing spark of Divine energy. That is the REAL you!

Today is the Full Moon. It is about Releasing and letting go.

 

This full moon (which we are feeling now) is taking us back to childhood traumas and issues which we need to release. Don't be surprised to be thinking of past relationships...even those with one's family. Look deep. What story do you want to tell? "I had an abusive childhood, so I tend to get defensive"....or "My childhood taught me I could take back my power as an adult and accomplish anything" ?

 

 

 

Working on letting go can bring up a lot of anger. Turn your anger into action. Clean house, Get rid of things, Go to the gym, Write down what you don't want in your life anymore........then tear it into small pieces and burn it.

 

Here is another one: Take some toilet paper and wad it in your dominant hand. Think about a person or situation which makes you VERY angry, hurt or sad. Focus all those feeling on the toilet paper.

 

Put yourself in your Pyramid of Protection.

Then visualize all the energy from yourself about this person/situation flowing through your arm and into your hand. Like water through a fire hose. When you feel the toilet paper getting heavy with the negative emotions, then toss it into the toilet and flush it! Watch as the paper disappears and know you have 'flushed that out of your life'. We only need a little bit of toilet paper for this...don't be flushing a whole roll down. Lol!

The energies have been intense adding a lot of personal


challenges as we are shown the darkest and most unlovable


parts of ourselves in others. 




Remember when someone pushes your buttons and irritates


you, to look within your soul and ask the hard questions.




Is this something I do and don't like about myself?


Is this something I used to do and overcame?










Be kind and patient with that person just as you would like


someone to be for you.




Make sure you come out of these energies a stronger, more


loving and compassionate person.

Happy Wednesday! The week you dreaded (or not) is half over. So often we approach the future with fear and cause ourselves unnecessary stress. Most of the time it's not as bad as you think it will be. Breathe deeply, put up your Pyramid of Protection and dive in.

Smile! Only two more days until the weekend fun begins!

Life happens 7 days a week. Don't wait for the weekend to live it. Enjoy this day! Accept the gift of 24 hours to manifest and play on Earth. You are blessed every day!

Safe in the Dark

Angelic Army Around You

If you find yourself in battle with another person, or just your own inner doubts and demons, remember that the angels have got your back. They can do nothing for you unless you ask. Reach out to them when life feels like a battleground. They will answer and assist, always.

One of the deepest, darkest of human fears is the fear that we are alone. You fear that you are one, facing an army of thousands, wishing only to destroy you. Know that angels are always with you. 

If you could see the Heavenly army that surrounds you always, you would never be fearful again.
