MEDITATION TECHNIQUE

Here is a Simple Meditation Technique to give you a boost of energy.

This is one of the meditations I teach in my Beginning Meditation Classes.



TWO-MINUTE REST/RECHARGE

  1. Let eyelids droop to comfortable level
  2. Continue to gaze downwards
  3. Place tips of fingers and thumbs together forming a pyramid
  4. Rest that on your lap or table in front of you
  5. Okay to let eyes close
  6. Breathing may slow
  7. Slowly open and come back to full awareness
