SHIELDING YOUR HOME

It is important to keep your personal space protected. The previous blog referred to this issue. Even more so it is important to keep your home clear and protected. It is simple to invoke the Pyramid of Light around your home. Just say the words in this blog (click the link) and visualize it around your house.

You can also ask for rainbows of joy to enter the area. I have the one around our home set in a way, that all negativity attached to a person is swept off of them and left at the doorway. This can cause a negative person to feel uncomfortable in your home without their normal baggage around them. But it will keep your home feeling more like a haven.

You can also bring the pyramid over your work space, cubicle or office. By shifting the energy in that way, you will find things much more peaceful and calm in all areas of your life.

DARK ENERGY ATTACHMENTS

Negative energies are part of the balance in this world. We must have dark to balance the light. The world is more beautiful with the interplay of shadows, brightness, and darkness.

However, we as Light Workers do not want darkness to draw us down. This is why the Pyramid of Protection with Anael’s cloak of invisibility is so important. Any time we are around a place where lots of spirits hang out…ie: hospitals, churches, bars or metaphysical gathering places…they can see our Light and attach to it.

Sometimes it can be a very dark spirit that attaches. They see a nice person and want to feed off of that person’s energy. It can change your aura, personality and even affect your health in a negative way. Usually the person it happens to is not aware of it. They may feel depressed or like everything is going wrong in their life.

There are some things that can be done…but caution is advised. One thing you can do for someone you feel affected is a binding. Say the following with confidence while thinking of the person. You can say it in your head if it is not appropriate to say aloud.

“Archangel Anael, bind all negative thought forms, energies, emotions and ego in and around _____ so it has no effect on this _____ or anyone else at this time. Bind them tighter and tighter…a Billion times a Billion. Thank you!”

I don’t recommend smudging with sage. I used to do it until I understood more about spirits on the other side. It will usually upset the good or bad spirit (even if it will leave it is temporary). Think how your grandmother would feel if you would start blowing smoke in her face.

Do not attempt to send the spirit to the Light unless you have been trained to do so. There can be a negative backlash. If you need more help, do not hesitate to contact me. I can do releases over the phone as well as in person.

EASY MEDITATION

In the busy whirlwind of activity the last few weeks, many people are reaching for a sense of peace. Meditation is the easiest way to accomplish that.

When I mention the word ‘meditation’, a lot of people feel stressed and begin to give me excuses of why they do not meditate. Their mind wanders, they don’t know how, they don’t have time…and so on.

I remind them that they have time to breathe. Then I walk/talk them through the Pyramid Meditation. After you have done it one time, all you need to do is to visualize the pyramid around you…breathe from the top…and let the energy flow through and around you as you breathe out. It will ground and center you in the bottom of the pyramid. Do three slow breaths like that and you will feel much better.

When things get chaotic at work, one of my friends excuses herself to the bathroom and does the three breaths. Then she returns to work more centered and in a place of peace. This particular meditation creates a protective field around you also, so it does double duty.

Jesus once said. “Unless you become as a child you will not inherit the kingdom of heaven.” A child’s greatest gift is their ‘imagination.’ When you awaken your ‘imagination’ or third eye (psychic sight) in this quick meditation which brings in Divine Energy, you are bringing the kingdom of heaven into you!

Make a commitment to you this coming year to take at least one to three times a day to breathe in this meditation and awaken the kingdom of heaven in and around you!

ASK FOR THE SMALL THINGS

I went to Cassadaga with a couple of friends today. My purpose was double fold. I wanted to spend some time with friends, and also to deliver Horizons Magazines. One of my friends had never been there, so we wanted to walk around a bit.

As we got out of the car, sprinkling rain was threatening with a few drops escaping the dark clouds looming overhead. I immediately sent out a thought for it to wait until we had finished passing out the Horizons. Magazines are much better when not soggy!

The clouds sucked back the driblets and we got all the magazines to their respective places. We chatted as we walked around the sleepy town and perused through the stores. Then we settled in at the historic Hotel to have lunch.

Just as our scrumptious food was being served we noticed the rain coming down steadily. My friend that drove said, ”I will bring up the car when we are ready to leave.”

I looked outside through the window and up to the sky and said, “How about a window in the rain when we are ready to go, so we don’t get wet…just a window, please.”

I looked back to my friends and said, “That should do it,” and continued eating.

Fortunately my friends are quickly becoming used to my strange ways and we just started another conversation. When we got ready to step out of the car, the sky was clear. I gave a silent thank you. We didn’t encounter rain until on the drive home.

It is cool how when sometimes when you ask the Universe for something small, it is given. Quite often we don’t ask because we think it is too trivial. I find when I receive yes answers to little things, I have more confidence to ask for larger things.

Just look to the Heavens and ask. “As in Heaven, so on Earth!”

YEAR LONG CHERISHMENT

My Face Book friends are wonderful. With almost 2,500 friends, I fail to keep up with all of them. It is hard to squeeze in time to visit all of their pages. So I love the comments they put on my page. Some are sweet and encouraging. Others cause one to ponder a bit and stretch one’s way of thinking.

On Christmas day I posted: “May the angels wrap you in comfort and joy today. Enjoy all this day has to offer! What is everyone doing to make this day special?

I love getting an insight into the lives of my friends in this manner. I got several comments of people spending time with their loved ones.

I especially liked this one by Cody Lewis in response to “Haha! This day is no more special than the 364 others we are blessed with! Spending time with loved ones is the best gift given or received. Hope this finds you smiling and laughing!

It was thrilling to me to see how a young man ‘got it’! His words are so true. Many people live all year to get presents for Christmas. They let the stress of over spending and going to all the parties run their life. They forget that this day is simply to celebrate the sun overcoming darkness. This has been celebrated centuries before Jesus arrived on the scene.

We need to take time to think about what is really important. Those of your family and friends that support and love you through good and bad times are to be cherished. But as Cody alluded to…not just on Christmas, but every single day of the year! Be in the NOW of the moment.

Make a commitment to say a word or two each day about someone you cherish. (Love is such an overused word…I like cherish better). Say these words of ‘cherishment’ to them as well as to others within their hearing.

If you do this each day of the year, you will find yourself wrapped in such amazing unconditional love that every day will be Christmas to you!
